I agree there were some mistakes in determiner how long a patient remains infectious. There were guidelines by the CDC, but no national plan by His Royal Schmuckness. AStates were left on their own.

Cuomo did better than most. Look up your state. Your schmuckness white house resident had no plan.
And looks like he could have saved 50-60,.000 lives if he acted earlier than his toothless non-plan. He consistently told everyone it was a hoax, and would magically go away. Looks like he will go up in smoke.
