HA...somehow Obama doesn't strike me as inviting a jockey to the White House...even a Derby winning jock...but, if it means some really good PR for him...he might.

President Bush invited Calvin Borel to the White House at the request of Queen Elizabeth, not because he loves jockeys and racing...but she does, as did her wonderful mother, who on the occasion of her 100th birthday, was asked to explain the secret of her longevity.
"Gin and horse racing," said the Queen Mum.

Queen Elizabeth gave herself a trip to the Kentucky Derby for her 80th birthday. She stayed at Lane's End Farm (home of A.P. Indy) with Ambassador William Farish during her visit to Kentucky. The President threw a State Dinner in her honor the week after.
