So, this is why no one is exactly rushing to migrate to either Canada or Norway.

Among the Vikings, women served in combat. They owned property and ran their own businesses.
In ancient Egypt workers had subsidized health care, paid sick days and a substantial number of personal days.
in Babylon, which certainly qualifies as a great civilization, homosexuality was tolerated
India has a long tradition of religious tolerance.
Mesopotamia believed in the sustainability of natural resources. When they went away from that philosophy their society collapsed
Trade unions were an esential part of ancient Rome.
Ancient Athens had provisions in its constitution to care for the sick and for widows and orphans.
Israel supported the poor by tithing.
The Mauryan Empire in India had programs in place to support orphans, the elderly, the sick and young mothers. These were paid for by raising taxes on the rich. I love it.

In other words, modern day progressivism sucks raw eggs, which is why you love the really very old, old days.

it won't be cold for long, we have less than 12 years until severe climate disruption and all the aluminum flakes they have been dumping in the atmosphere will make everything at least .1 degree warmer and oceans up to 10 feet higher except northern west coast where the land is still pushing out of the ground making it seem the ocean is not rising.

That ought to be just about right. I have maybe 10-12 good years left and don’t give a **** what happens after.

All you deniers are gonna catch hell from your great-grandchildren. I hope you’re around to hear it.

The land is also pushing up on Martha's Vineyard where Barry O paid millions for ocean front property.

Exactly, the democrats will make Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and Guam states and then split California into 6 states. Then they can have their lawyers use eminent domain to turn the 31 Mexican states into part of the United States, further cementing their government control as long as the country exists.
