There is a simple answer to the question why has Ford not filed a complaint with the authorities in Maryland? She still can. There is no statute of limitations on this type of crime in Maryland. Doing so would not have had any effect on Kavanaugh's nomination.
Also she may not have wanted to get involved in an investigation and possible trial with all the anguish that would involve for her.

Thanks for admitting that she's a self-absorbed, self-centered, mean-spirited person who is out strictly for number one, while not hesitating for one moment to put Kavanaugh and his family through the anguish of a living hell, ruin his life, traumatize his family with death threat from leftists and tarnish his reputation forever, while this little mousey airhead can remain in her safe space hiding behind her attorneys.
If she wasn't prepared to play hardball and see this all the way through to the end, she should have never crawled out the woodwork in the first place. Her refusal to file a formal complaint speaks volumes about her lack of character, integrity, credibility and principles.

I wonder if she were to part with some of that money and make a donation to Comey, if he'd come out and give a glowing commendation to the FBI for the superb job they did. He bragged on them before this latest Kavanaugh background check, but since then -- not so much.

There was 2 tickets and all Im saying is the second may be DUI. 
You Shirley wouldn't be so nonchalant if Judge Kavanaugh was behind the wheel.
