I love Restoring Hope BUT

I don't like how Bob Baffert is training him. With that said is Restoring Hope racing to win or be ITM?

The pedigree suits this distance better than any horse in the field.

I'm going to put $100/show. Whats everybodys thoughts?

Might as well donate it to a local charity.

Blinkers off, not in the form. Interesting move that I usually like, but this horse seems short on talent.

Blinks off to try to assure he doesn’t run with Justify early.

It's a horse race, do as you wish. If you play him and he loses, then well, that is just about expected. No shame in taking a shot. But what if you were right and you didn't play? Bragging rights?

He was in the race for one reason and one reason only, to keep Noble Indy from getting over to Justify.

Justify didn't need help and if anything barn games by including RH in that race could have easily had the effect of "cheapening" Justify's win.....and I'm sure for some people, it did. I think he would have won regardless.

Nailed it.

Even before post positions were made and they entered the horse, that was the master plan.

(If you can't detect sarcasm, I'm laying it on pretty thick)

Nobel Indy was not getting anywhere close to Justify, even if he rode in the ambulance.

He is a slow horse.

How slow was he?
He came in 8th in the 12th race.
