Rail settings

Anyone have any insight into rail settings? I don't usually look at it much but I noticed today's Gulfstream is set at 108 feet which seems pretty extreme. So I guess this means much wider turns and perhaps out at that part of the track is the whole field running on a bank? Any theories to test or watch out for?

I tend to look at inside speed more the farther the rail moves out.
