HandiFast now has its own sub-forum

I thought it was about time to give HandiFast it's own little section of PaceAdvantage...I asked Doug if he thought this would be a good idea, and he seemed pretty enthusiastic about it...

He will also act as moderator here, with the ability to edit/delete posts and open or close threads...

I agree! I think the program has grown through this forum's member contributions, solely, and thus: is "our" baby and deserves it's own spotlight.

Doug, your FM rating seems quite good at picking Maidens. All my testing approx 500 races, have concentrated on non maidens using primarily the top fair odds horse. Various subsets seem profitable.

Just fooled around with only Maidens. Found this subset. Not a lot of plays but looks quite interesting.

If you want to look at a POWERFUL number, look at the MY(muddy) rating.

Yesterday at GP- MUDDY TRACK

TOP MY NUMBER!

R 1> #7 BIG BLUE STREAKER- fin 3rd - pd $3.80

R 2> #6 SHADY SPOT - fin 2nd - pd $21.60 $10.80

R 3> #7 EMINENT CODE - fin 3rd - pd $5.60

R 4> #7 BB'S SONG - fin 1st - pd $50.60 $17.60 $10.40

R 5> #1 LIL PRECIOUS - fin 1st - pd $4.60 $3.00 $2.20

R 6> #8 SCHLOSSGARTEN PARK - fin 2nd - pd $19.60 $9.00

R 7> #13 RAPID REDUX - fin 1st - pd $35.00 $16.40 $9.60

R 8> #11 SI SENORA - fin 1st - pd $74.40 $29.80 $14.60

R 9> #13 DUKE OF MISCHIEF - fin 1st - pd $13.80 $6.80 $4.70

R10> #12 CARTOUCHE - fin OUT

I have been checking this number for a while and this is definitely the best SINGLE day I've seen with ANY software.

As a side note, you could have also have picked up the DD for the 4th, 5th races of $166.60 , and the DD for the 7th, 8th races of $610.60 AND the DD for the 8th, 9th races of $609.20. BUT the BEST would be the P-3 in the 7th, 8th, 9th races. There was NO winner, it paid on 2 of 3, so you would have collected the entire pool of $16945.00, or however they figure it out. I would challenge ANY software to show BETTER.

Way to go DOUG, HANDI and HEADHAWG

Oh, and, NO, I wasn't playing. My loss for sure.

dartman51:

All I can say is WOW!!! Thank you very much for posting your findings from yesterday at mucky GP. "Unbelievable"!! To be honest, whenever I see that the oval that I am playing is projected to be a total quagmire so to speak, I pretty much write it off in terms of possible plays for that day. Yesterday, when I was at the area OTB, I saw that it was a total mess at Gulfstream Park. From now on, I am going to have to rethink at least the possibility of attempting to capitalize on days such as these. I realize that it was only for one days results, but, what a day indeed....

Incredible MY Rating and # created by the Handifast Crew..

All the BEST to you dartman51.

Thank you PA for the sub-forum for HandiFast. It is not everyday somebody shares something of value with the masses, expecting nothing in return. Doug and company deserve kudos for putting together a very nice program that gets to the heart of contenders in a race pronto.

A correction. The 7th, 8th DD, pd $1336.40. I looked at the exacta price instead of the DD.
