Wyoming is...AWESOME.

Cheyenne was what I expected but Laramie and Jackson were killer. Phenomenal. And great people.

I don't know about the other places, but I have been to Cheyenne. Windiest place in the world. I saw a hen there with her back to the wind lay the same egg three times.

This board.

+2 in Senate is all that matters. House was a lost cause. Ocrappa lost 8 Senators in his 2nd term.

OK. Whatever you say chief

Ah. More fact checking of nothing. Good for you.

Yeah. I know. Right of pure left is now considered alt-right. A centralist is far right and a true Republican is now Alt-Right.

Do you honestly believe half the shit you type on here? Or are you now just some kind of projection of what will ire the most amount of people on this site?

Go to Saratoga and stay overnight at one of the hotels. Relax in the hot springs and enjoy the town's restaurants. Ice fishing is great up there right now also!!!!

^^

States losing the house doesn't matter as the government is shut down... also...

Me:
Republicans are going to get their asses kicked. Probably lose 40 in the house.

What Happens:
Republicans get their asses kicked. Lose 40 in the house.

Ha. I often say the wind and cold keeps the idiots out of here.

On a serious note, Jackson is pretty frickin' cool. 10K, but has about anything you need and the views are absolutely amazing. Post card amazing. So many things to see and fully family friendly.

If you prefer Montana, Butte or Missoula are solid. We crawled up to the big "M" on the Missoula mountain when I was there.. All kinds of trails and stuff.

There was a purple puddle.
IT was expected they would lose seat.
They gained in the Senate.
That is part of the SAME election.

An ass kicking would have been losing both houses.
Now, they still control appointments and treaties Trump may want with RUSSIA.

And get to totally ignore House bills that may wash ashore at their chambers.
Using the standard set by Dingy Harry.

A Blue wave gets you gridlock at best.

The real Blue Wave was that group in idiot new House Dems trying to find Mitch today, and not being able to get the right building where his office is.

If THAT wave is your ass kicking victory, I feel sorry for you.
That bimbo is dumber than dumb.

And she want to "train" the repubs.
Where did you guys find that classy ditz? Had to be some back alley.

The Blue Wave was supposed to take over all 3 houses according to Occasional-Cortex silly.

Dems got the house, as expected. GOP got +2 on the important side. 9th district can now be overruled with sanity.

Dems bring in a class fresh of anti-semites and are celebrating. What a beautiful place for the politically correct identity politics world they live in.

I love how the Trump campaign is silently supporting Beto and Ocassional Cortex. Once again half of the dimocrats will be so pissed off after the dim convention, many will not vote again.

2.Democrats thought they were going to cruise to victory. They won't make that mistake again.

3.A significant portion of Trump's support came from the over 75 set.Not to be morbid but many have either gone to that big voting precinct in the sky or may be unable to vote. That could be a difference in an older skewing state like MI, WI and PA in which Trump had a small victory margin.

4.The economy better continue to be going well.Independents will be looking for an excuse to not vote for the Donald.

5.The so called "black wave" failed to materialize;the GOP got 15 % fewer votes in midterms from black voters than the 2014 midterms.Has anybody heard from #the RealCandaceOwens lately? Not too many White House photo ops with the Prez are in her future, I'm willing to venture.

6. Finally, Trump was the most unique, unusual Presidential candidate since Andrew Jackson.Well the novelty's worn off and his shtick is getting a little old.The vote against Hillary in 2016 could turn into the vote against Donald in 2020.

1. Don't kid yourself. Hillary is running.

2. True.

3. Younger people turn to Republican when they get older. I was full on Dem when I was 18-25 or so. Then I got a real job and started paying taxes and shit.

4. Eh. Maybe. Historically low unemployment rates of people of all colors is an amazing stat.

5. Blexit has yet to happen in a voting booth. It is a rather new movement somewhat included in the 2018 midterms, but could be way more widespread in 2020. Dems can't "lock" in the black vote.

6. True. I'd vote against him if a decent candidate came up in the GOP. No way in Hades I could vote for any of the Dem candidates. They all be more batshit crazy than Lorena Bobbit.

I live in Michigan. And thought Trump would win Michigan in 2016. If the election was next month Trump would not win Michigan. But we have a long way to go. Still quite possible.

The reason Trump won Michigan was 25% his message. 75% his opponent. Who knows who the opponent will be? As usual I'll probably vote for neither of them.

Very good post.

Trump's not winning this state. The two of the more populous area's where Republicans held are noted anti-Trumpers in Amash and Upton.

The state hated Hillary. Bernie beat her here too. The only time she won this state is when she ran unopposed in 2008.
