Yet in 2006, precisely 20 years later, 75% of the babies born at Parkland Hospital in Dallas -- home of the 2nd largest maternity ward in the country -- were from illegal immigrant mothers, at taxpayer expense.

Why should we believe them now?

How would "the wall" have stopped these crimes?
Nobody ever claimed that securing our borders was going to stop crimes committed by US citizens.

For the Demwits who favor open borders, I'm sure they don't see the current situation on the border as a crisis - they in fact welcome it.

Good thing they want to give away free health care to help with the increased cholera, shigella, tuberculosis, pneumonia,....

No, but it would be an integral part of the solution.
We need a comprehensive plan, something you will never get from the dems.
We need to crack down severely on people who hire illegals and we need to stop all federal funding for any sanctuary cities. Congress can do that. The GOP FAILED to when they could have.

We have t put obviously disturbed people like Mayor Deblasio in institutions.

WE need to stop returning repeat offended back over the order and put them in prisons - on work gangs so they pay their way.

But wall DO work in some cases, and saying that most illegals come from Europe and overstay their visa is just plain ignorance to the reality of it all.

Quick bit of advice - NEVER belief ANYTHING a democrat tells you.
Their word is worthless.

Lots of predictions but it’s worked very well in other places

That was a pretty good attempt at mischaracterizing what I said.
Keep it up, Tom.

Sure sounded like he is looking for some allies to help get him out of this jam today. He's also meeting with Senate R's within the hour.
