Whatever happened to all the Kennedy's? Of course that wouldn't be from off the radar or even left field. Cuban or Bloomberg would make for an interesting debate with Trump. They could challenge his business and deal making accumen.

Jay Insley would be interesting pushing his green deal.

With the amount of $$$$ needed to run a campaign, I think the "Out of Nowhere" candidate isn't going to happen anytime soon, if ever.Unless like Cuban or Bloomberg, they could self finance. And those 2 are already well known.Bernie Sanders is probably the most recent one and he had the benefit of an uncrowded field.I'm old enough to remember when candidates usually announced their intentions just as the primaries were getting underway.

I'm not convinced he runs either and this would be an issue on the campaign trail.

There's certainly not a shortage of reasons why he wouldn't run.
I don't think the DNC wants him running. They took him too lightly for too long last campaign and it almost bit em in the ass. I don't think he even gets his foot in the door this time.

They should just make a rule and say you have to be a registered Dimocrat to run as a dimocrat.

In fairness I think Bernie began his run similar to Ron Paul's. It was more about getting a different message out there. Whereas Ron ran on his weird version of libertarianism Bernie was advocating a socialist approach...

Its more a testament to just how god-awful of a candidate Hillary Clinton was that he was able to be carry the movement as far as he did. There are certainly better street-cred progressives than Bernie is or ever was...

Kamala Harris, California Senator, has officially declared she's running for President in 2020.2020.That elevator is getting a tad crowded.

A progressive who checks all the boxes. Politically seasoned, young, minority, well-spoken, anti-gun, soft on crime, pro-abortion, national health care, etc...

She could be a formidable candidate.

Willie Brown’s concubine?

Not a chance. Her stance on immigration aside, being Willie Brown’s girlfriend, that he dumped very publicly, might be a problem

NY's own embarrassment, Kirsten Gillibrand, is in full campaign mode already.
Even after the Mueller people shot down the BuzzLies story, she says it is still causing a lot of questions in her mind, and that is is just more evidence that needs to be investigated.

And that is why she opposes Trump's plans to end the investigation, even after that was also shot down in the confirmations hearings.

A double liar and all in one interview question.
She certainly is stupid enough to be a democrat candidate.
Watch for her to fall off a curb soon.
