You're not a dick. Thereby, despite your Trump bashing and your Republican bashing through the years, your rep stays strong.

I am active on the horse racing side...while the other liberals here aren't. If I depended on my political views to garner me my rep points...then I would be in red-card city.

Those people didn't hold positions based on any principles. They went for a candidate based entirely on personality.

Complete nonsense, but I'm sure you can still get him out of here.

Honestly. I don't know what a rep message is.
Nor do I know what those rep green things or points mean.
I do know that you are well respected poster on this board, by many. FACT.

If the dims want border security and immigration reform as much as they claim, they should sit down and work something out. Many Americans do not want to see this drawn out another 20 years.

Every day that goes by increases the odds of the wall being built. Doesn’t appear trump is budging.

What are you basing that off of?
Every day this goes on the Senate appears less and less likely to shield the President. The House is showing no signs of cracking while the other branch of government is.
We aren't even talking about "the wall" anymore... even the President is talking about border security now. The language has completely changed.
I just don't see what you're seeing here.

You still cling to your very incorrect narrative that the GOP leadership are behind Trump and will get tired of him any day now.
Totally nonsense analysis coming from a clueless hate Trump troll.
The truth of the matter is McConnell, McCarthy and the other Republicans in the loser wing of the party have been 'advising' Trump to back down and surrender. They even started their idiocy weeks before the government shutdown and last night's speech. He won't buckle regardless how you spin the outcome.

I'm aware that the Senate GOP doesn't want this fight and hasn't wanted this fight. What the GOP is currently doing though is attempting to show solidarity with the White House with the issue.
Its not a matter of if Trump buckles its a matter of when at this point. If Trump doesn't buckle soon you will witness him publicly losing the support and solidarity of another house of government.
I don't know how you can turn Trump losing the support of his Senate into some win...

I'm not claiming Trump losing the GOP senate is a win.
Trump will win this battle because he is right AND the majority of citizens support him. And these same citizens have continually voted for the GOP on these very same border/wall issues for years.
I am saying you have repeatedly said that the GOP is all behind Trump and are backing him totally but will eventually buckle. That narrative is false even though you continue to sell it.
That's all.

I've never said the GOP is completely behind Trump. In fact I think they loathe the man but for politics sake they attempt to show solidarity with him. That's being a good solider but being asked to go die on a hill you have no interest in defending is a losing proposition in the long run.
Also there isn't any evidence right now that the majority of Americans support the President's position. It actually seems to be running contrary to that.
