No way. This thing is hitting 3525 on this current leg down.

Check it out...first leg down went from ~ 4800 to ~ 4100 = 700pts

bounced about 530pts

2nd leg down went from ~ 4630 to ~ 3810 = 820pts

bounced about 400pts

3rd leg down (where we are now) should go from ~ 4200 to 3525 = 675pts

The 3525 mark is heavy duty support and represents a 50% retracement of the run from 2250 in 2018 to 4800 in Jan 2022

I'm ignoring the COVID bottom of 2100 because it was a black swan event.

By the way, I am looking at a daily chart of S&P e-Mini futures...but they're all relatively the same when it comes to the S&P.
i have it close to the same except my next leg down goes through that big support area and dops about 1300 points.

this bear market seems to be picking up steam the further it falls, that's why i am going with that number for now. i also don't believe there will be any bottom to this for another 3 to 4 years.

The Bond market was finally settling down until this recent inflation report.
If this little rally is for real, I say it closes the gap created on Monday's open, which is around 3906 on my chart.

That definitely seems reasonable and probable. The market loves to close gaps.

Description
NGL Energy Partners LP engages in the transportation, storage, blending, and marketing of crude oil, natural gas liquids, refined products / renewables, and water solutions. The company operates in three segments: Water Solutions, Crude Oil Logistics, and Liquids Logistics. The Water Solutions segment transports, treats, recycles, and disposes produced and flowback water generated from oil and natural gas production; aggregates and sells recovered crude oil; disposes solids, such as tank bottoms, and drilling fluid and muds, as well as performs truck and frac tank washouts; and sells produced water for reuse and recycle, and brackish non-potable water. The Crude Oil Logistics segment purchases crude oil from producers and marketers, and transports it to refineries for resale at pipeline injection stations, storage terminals, barge loading facilities, rail facilities, refineries, and other trade hubs; and provides storage, terminaling, and transportation services through pipelines. The Liquids Logistics segment supplies natural gas liquids, refined petroleum products, and biodiesel to commercial, retail, and industrial customers in the United States and Canada through its 24 terminals, third-party storage and terminal facilities, and nine common carrier pipelines, as well as through fleet of leased railcars. This segment is also involved in the marine export of butane through its facility located in Chesapeake, Virginia. NGL Energy Holdings LLC serves as the general partner of the company. The company was founded in 1940 and is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

this company looks pretty dam good to me even if the price of oil goes down to $70 a barrel, they should be ok... the only thing i question is they have high debt that might have to be refinanced, and this company is way overleveraged. i don't know what happens if interest rates go to 15% (real possible with this Fed chairman)

the recent insider buying is very intriguing.

I do too...going below 3525...but nothing is perfect and I'm thinking the support at 3525 or around that area is going to be enough to stop the fall for a while...

But yeah, I could see it blowing past that a bit if things are bad enough...

Mortgage rates have jumped at a pace not seen since 1987.

he got in trouble for something he did to the government i thought.... i had a friend of mine that did time with him who told me all the guards gave him phone privileges and they got him dinners from the best restaurant sent in to him every night and he didn't have to spend any time with the rest of the prison population, all this in exchange for his info on the markets. there were guards that became multimillionaires with his info. my friend was a bust out his whole life, he was doing 5 years and they made him leave for a halfway house and good time early. he was begging to stay in because of this guy.

the best one was, my friend, got out, about 2 years later Armstrong got out too, my friend got hold of Armstrong and Armstrong told him he doesn't know him and told him to screw.
