Gate Mishaps

When cancelling my tickets for the 4th at Tampa today after a pretty severe mishap by the flipping in the gate. Are there any thoughts about what this does to the horses that are already in the gate when the accident occurs.
A 152.40 horse that had shown nothing wins the race and the horses that were already in the gate showed nothing.
I always cancel any tickets that involves those that have already loaded especially with maidens and in this case none of those hat had been loaded even hit the board.
Any thoughts?

I think this was nothing more than a case of bad horses sometimes win races. In this case it was a pretty bad bunch he was up against.
