Saudi Cup Day R3 refund tri

So I'm playing the Saudi Cup Day races on NYRABETS. I played a trifecta for race 3 and I find out that the payout is a refund? How is that possible when they took my bet? I believe race 3 and on are all part of the international pools, and trifecta betting was listed on both the form and on the app for the race.

for whatever unknown reason, all the adw's have it as a refund. sorry i am of no help.

Might be because of the thirty minute delay for the race.

Btw, they had exacta payouts and superfecta for that same race. The race did take an long time, even for that track, to go official. I'm still baffled as to what could have happened.
