Someone with a more extensive vocabulary than mine please give what word best describes the above statement.

Trump has had like what 3 or so businesses go bankrupt out of an estimated 500? That is less than 1% on BK, what is the national average on business failures?

I have had 3 myself, they were not closed owing anyone. Shut down the timber operator business due to a bad back. Electric wholesale due to the stupidity of taking on an undedicated partner. I will take the hit on that mistake, we showed up in Las Vegas for the first time ever and he said he would go catch up on his sleep first. The OEM business was killed off by the 2008 recession. 2008-present job shop machine shop still alive.

The banks not only got paid, they continue to do business with Trump Inc.

Over and over again. Wilfully

Where's the crime? Serious question

Their logic is all the other New Yorkers doing business with Deutsche Bank (gotta be at least a couple handfuls) had to pay more for their loans.

Latita is deciding which properties she wants to confiscate to pay the fine.

Although this lawfare is obvious to most, they did it during 0bama regime with IRS targeting those wanting to start nonprofits for conservative programs.

Oh, I get it now.
You are uding Trump to deflect your own failures in life.
You sound like a loser, lots of anger, lots of ignorance.

NO ONE was jurt by Trumps deals.

You seem to think business failures are a crime.
They have 0 to do with case,

Just your time of month.

While I agree with the first line I would say your comment is 100% irrelevant
to this case. The second one against Tom, 100% uncalled for.

A $354 million improper judgement against Trump for an unrelated matter with no victims does nothing for the building contractors and the like that an immoral Donald Trump stiffed in the past. Nor does it discourage him from repeating the behavior. Unknown to most, large companies and very wealthy people can be among the worst to deal with business wise. Probably all the crap taught in classes taken for MBA's in business. Use other people's money comes to mind. If an extremely large company pays in 60 days instead of the commonly accepted 30 days that is a whole lotta coin they can earn interest on. Some company's are as bad as having net 120 days for terms. If you complain they will tell you how many vendors will gladly take your place.

I had two large companies file bankruptcy on me, I got nothing as an unsecured creditor.

While I've been out being productive you've average 13.5 posts each day for 23 years, many in a soiled diaper.

Enjoy your useless day, Goof.

I must be losing it, well I lose it on and off, currently battling a bad concussion. I don't think my "Go eat a jar of peanut butter" could have been deleted I posted yesterday after you lit in to Tom. Here it goes again, "Go eat a jar of peanut butter, mother fuyer." Mother fuyer meaning mother f**ker, as stolen from a jump blues song. Can you figure out the peanut butter part?
