There is a little thing to add to this: THEY DO NOT HAVE THE POWER or LEGAL status to do that.

Who doesn't have that power?
So you're telling me they could come up with incontrovertible evidence that the election was fixed and there would be absolutely no way to correct this travesty of justice?
Of course there are laws on the books in the state of Arizona that address this. Whether it be via a judge or the state legislature. Laws are laws and they are there to be enforced when necessary.

Lake's lawsuit is no surprise. She said she would sue if she lost. But just like the person she is imitating (Trump), it will get tossed. Trumps lawsuits got tossed 60 times.
Lake's allegations are generic such as "hacking", "chaos" "ballots injected" etc. Great, but you need specific evidence for specific issues which she lacks. My $2 says it will be tossed pretty quickly. I'll box her lawsuit with Trumps.

This tread goes to what Trump was referring to when he talked about suspending the Constitution-that there is no legal / Constitutional recourse in the event of a fraudulent election.

Judge dismisses lawsuits by Lake and Finchem PLUS sticks them with almost $142,000 court costs....Can we count all that to the 60 others that were thrown out nationally along with this bogus crap?
