But to get back to your thread, the Zep always left me a little cold.A lot of great individual tracks (the guitar break on "Whole Lotta Love"- to quote Dick Vitale "Awesome, baby!"), "Rock and Roll" , "Immigrant Song" and several others are top notch.And I can even admit an occasional spin of "Stairway to Heaven" doesn't set my teeth on edge anymore.But they could be awfully bombastic at times and since fantasy, sci-fi,etc. has never floated my boat ,the lyrics with that kind of imagery never meant much.Those guys could play though.
And I truly detest the taste of fish.I'd rather have a plate of Franco American spaghetti than a fresh Maine lobster.

I know you meant good. No need to rattle any chain.
That is why I answered with more Led.
And yet, even more. Hey, I'm not even 50 years old yet. No need for anybody to be angry when Led is playing.

Great...would be an understatement. Legendary.
When I was young I asked my dad what was the best Led Zeppelin song, he said its impossible to answer because so many people would give you a different answer.
Personally I like Dyer Maker and What Is and What Should Never Be.

If you ever sit and listen to a bunch of Zep tracks you will soon be amazed at how many great guitar riffs Jimmy Page wrote. It is astounding. Many of them are iconic.
"The Ocean" comes to mind:
