Truly outrageous. One way to counter this is to ask her when the mob shows up at her door will she let them take all of her stuff? I don't think she'd like that.
These people never think of the consequences of their policies and actions. In San Francisco Walgreen's has closed 17 of their stores because of shoplifting and theft. That means about 400-500 people have lost their jobs. And the people that didn't steal lose a place to shop close to their homes.
If we allow this to continue nothing and nobody will be safe. Road Warriror here we come.

I believe in San Francisco, if the police show up at all--if the pilfered items are less than $900 retail--they simply issue a ticket. Perp walks away while crumpling said ticket and tosses it in the gutter.
...and on to the next store.

Same in Dallas county. It's created a criminal culture among youths that wasn't nearly as prevalent as it is now
Walk in a Walmart in Garland or Mesquite, kids and moms (in the case here, minorities) steal at will. Sometimes you see a cop car on the scene but no one is taken away. The disrespect shown to the cops is unbelievable. The kids and fat moms know nothing will come of it. Pretty sad. Our community and culture is eroding rapidly

I thought that was just a California thing. Has Texas changed its laws regarding thievery?
