Is there a list of 3-year-olds that tried the Met Mile?

Hello. I'm going to write an article about Bolt d'Oro's chances in the Met Mile and want see how other 3-year-olds fared, whether they won or lost.

Is there some kind of list?

I know the last winner was Honour and Glory in 1996. How many tried after that?

Conquistador Cielo won the Met Mile and 5 days later won the Belmont. Not too shabby.

Looking for a list of 3 year olds who entered the met mile ...all-time ...

There has been 17 ... 3 year old winners out of 124 years running or 14 % Win Rate ...

The race became Graded ...in 1973 ....

What I really need is the percentage of 3 yr olds who enter and win ?

I cannot find anywhere on the web

Graded racing system started in 1973. Before that in America, we had no system to designate good races.

The met has always been grade 1 type race.

In 1905 the wonderful syonsby dead heated for the win

You can get the charts back to 1992 - Equibase of BRIS.
That will show you the age of all the horses.

Try this - Met Mile charts back to 1991.
Click on the Past Winners Tab to get to the list.
