He was always good with his picks. Remember Artie Schiller?

I don't want my $$ back, $50 is no big deal. And I'll use TFUS once a week (maybe), but $50 for once a week is nonsense....so when I took the step to canx the subscription, I expected it to be done.
Please, get your stuff right when it comes to charging people $$. Like I said, I don't consider $50 a big deal, but what is a big deal is when a company tells me they've canx'd a subscription and I still get charged.
Fix it. I don't want my $$ back, just fix it. If possible, create an on line ability to canx a subscription.

just to give them credit for correcting the error, Matt fixed the problem. Explained what happened, perfectly reasonable.

Which browser are you using on your phone?
In any case, I'd try Matt at customer service, he knows a lot more about that stuff than I do.

The Nokia Lumia series uses Windows Phone 8 (or 7 or 7.5 or 7.8) and has a mobile version of Internet Explorer. TimeFormUS only supports non-Microsoft browsers. I have not looked in a while, but when I did, there was no version of Chrome for Windows Phone 8 and Firefox was still hinting that they might, maybe, someday, eventually support Windows Phone with a browser.
I like Windows Phone and will likely avoid TimeFormUS until someone builds a browser for my phone that meets with TimeFormUS's approval.

have you tried UC Browser. I have not, but have heard good things about it on some tech shows......... as an alternative for WP 8 Users. I have never used it........

I don't know if it's relevant, but I use the Dolphin browser on my Samsung Galaxy S3, and it's great.

Here is a preview of the charts feature that in in production...just click on the top three from the race at the end of the running line, and you get this:
It gives each horse's speed figure for that race, as well as the last three the horse had run.
