Amazing. We saw him in So Cal and Vegas several times over the years. Love that Cajun music.

I think we're getting off topic here about Kent who was born in Maurice, LA and raced in Louisiana. Of course, his big issue was not riding his horse to the finish if he saw he wasn't going to win, much to the angst of the place, show, and exotic bettors. I don't know if he's still doing this since he has fewer mounts these days.

Couple years ago we saw Old Crow Medicine Show at Red Rocks, one of the best concerts I've ever been to and if that wasn't enough, they brought on the great Doug Kershaw as a surprise special guest, played a set of 3 or 4 songs with them, absolutely amazing, I too had no idea he was still performing, incredible.
