He was shot from a distance of at 10'. Easy shot to direct at any part of the body.

The above is real time video of what I describe below.

Man goes into Walmart to pick up a few things. Man picks up toy pellet long-gun that is open on the shelf. Man carries it around with him in store. Man goes to pet food section and talks on cell phone for several minutes.

Man#2 calls 911, says man with gun at Walmart, and is pointing it at people. Man with toy gun is not pointing it at people. Man#2 says man is loading weapon. Man is not loading weapon. Man#2 says man pointed gun at two children. Man did not.

Police enter store and shoot man with gun on sight. Police later claim man was told repeatedly to drop gun. Video shows he was shot instantly upon confrontation.

Police grill girlfriend who was waiting in car, threatening her, suggesting she was on drugs.
