But it has never been done on a national level in all states for the expected volume this year. So your argument, as usual, is way off. 
The fact that there is no chain of custody from ballot to count is more than enough to not allow it.
As this incident proves, it CAN be done and just because these guys got caught doesn't mean all will be, and with a lot of help from a lot of dems, the ones that matter won't be.

Furthermore, if you attempted to say in your cryptic message above that conservatives are in on the fraud act, took, this would further weaken your statement that fraud is "rare".

This idea of national mail in voting is insidious, stupid, and dangerous. Here in PA for the primary voting a few weeks ago, it took over a week to count the votes. We may not know who's President until Christmas.
