Ushba Tesoro returns
Ushba Tesoro is returning in the G1 Tokyo Daishoten, a race he won last year.
Then he will be pointed for a return to the Dubai World Cup. It should be an interesting rematch with White Abarrio. Although 5th in the Classic, he only lost by 3 lengths, and may have made his move a bit too soon. Proxy made his move a bit later and finished in front of him.
He has a cool story. It took him 7 tries to break his maiden. And a long time to for a NW1. They switched him to dirt as a 5 year old and he started to turn it on. Ushba Tesoro rattled off 6 stakes win before his loss in the BC.
