And slow as I am, the guy in the middle is Huggy Bear... 
Hutch has taken the worst of it based on that photo...

David Soul is reported to be wheelchair bound most of the time now. Look up his Wikipedia entry. Impressive acting credentials.
Btw, he also had a number one song in the 70’s.

There is a story behind those crocs.
A friend once commented that he really liked David's alligator shoes.
Problem was that he was barefoot.
