MultiCaps claim data

Fields 1046-1055 is claimed data. This would ordinarily be populated with a "c" for Claimed. Or, be empty for Not Claimed. However, sometimes there is a "v". I have not noticed any other values. Does anyone know what the "v" signifies? It is not signifying a claim as far as I can tell.

Horse was claimed - but the claim was subsequently voided.
