Isn't Alex Trabek a Canadian ? The biggest phony of all time.

Serious question - is Canuck a derogatory term ?

The only person smarter than Trebek around here would possibly be falconridge.

Three questions. Who let this creep, kieloon, back in this joint, where is any evidence of the Great White North coming in first for six years consecutively, and who gives a rats ass about any of it?
I let him back in, and I'd appreciate it if you would simply ignore him if this is the way you're going to act.

CJD:

I don't consider Alex Trebek a phony. The first time I remember seeing him on TV, was when he hosted a hit parade show in Canada a long time ago. Then of course he eventually moved to the United States to seek further fame and fortune.

I like watching Jeopardy to see how smart I am

It's okay. I don't feel offended if someone calls me a Canuck.

One thing I've always admired about Canada is how the country has a mind of it's own. No copycats of the USA. That's a very healthy thing for our relationship IMO.

Although American Woman may have been a bit over the top.

English/spelling/grammar are not his strength.

Imagine if he tried to use hoi polloi.

Canada is a good country BM..Very clean and respectfull people that love the Red and White.I dont understand why you would say this as Canada has been a great friend to the USA and vice versa.Have you ever seen how clean the streets are? Have you ever seen some of the major cities and how polite people are.I know a lot of places in Canada where you dont even have to lock your ca or house .Canadians help each other and are trusting unlike lots of americians where you dont even know your next door neighbors. There is respect for each other.I could campare lots of things as I have been here for many years.Canada will always be #1 in my books
