Another so-called American company...i.e. Apple...is outsourcing some manufacturing jobs of their products. In my opinion, Apple should be added to the 'HALL OF SHAME' of American and Canadian companies outsourcing jobs to foreign countries.
On a positive note, I just recently ordered some products from Atlantic Ink Jet Company, like a re-manufactured ink jet cartridge and a big bottle of black ink for refilling Canon ink jet cartridges. At one time, I believe this company had plants in Canada and the USA. Now they just have a plant in Irwindale, California. That's okay with me, because when I got the package in the mail recently, the cartridge had an American flag on it ...with a proud sticker on it of 'Re-manufactured in the USA.' The bottle of black ink didn't have a sticker with a flag on it, but I'm assuming it was manufactured at the same plant. I hope my business helped a little bit in some way to keep some American workers employed.
New Canon ink jet cartridges are made in Japan. I'd rather buy the less expensive, re-manufactured ones to help the Atlantic Inkjet Company retain American workers.
