we are not maintaining proper standards in this country any longer and this is the result. its been going on for years, good lawyers get guilty people acquitted, and bad ones get innocent ones convicted. no doubt in my mind this guy was 100% guilty, he beat the system just like banks and large corporations beat paying their full share of taxes every year. it goes on and on. this is just another slap in the face to all hardworking abiding citizens.

Trump may be coming to the rescue. It's announced this morning that they're considering federal charges against him.
I bet a jury won't be so kind to the city of San Fran. I hope that the parents' suit against the city bankrupts them. I consider them equally guilty as the shooter.

This right here will ensure the wall gets built. And I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that suddenly the feds will find a reason to charge him in federal court.

This is one of the few times I agree with the Feds stepping in. This case has Federal jurisdiction written all over it.

I agree. And there has to be something they can hold the mayor, etc accountable for. Some kind of fed charges against all those involved. If not we need legislation passed immediately to do that to send a message to these sanctuary cities.

This guy is an attorney who has tried murder cases. He is also an active conservative, and his web site is worth reading regularly.
In some detail, he explains why the jury may not have screwed up the verdict, and why the case was not handled well.

I read the article, but I have absolutely no opinion of whether or not justice was served.
Lots of writing, and pictures, and videos, and just a few lines on the details of the incident.
