At a press conference on Thursday, President Trump described the NATO summit as a success and again referred to himself as a “very stable genius.”
The comment came after a reporter asked: “We understand your message, but some people ask themselves, ‘will you be tweeting differently once you board Air Force One?’”
“No. That’s other people that do that,” Trump replied. “I don’t. I’m very consistent. I’m a very stable genius.”
The reporter’s question appeared to be a reference to Trump’s actions

On December 28, 2014, the US-led mission in Afghanistan was completed. The official closing ceremony took place in Kabul in utmost security due to safety considerations.
On January 1, 2015, NATO announced a new mission in Afghanistan, Operation Resolute Support, a noncombat mission to replace the ISAF contingent.

Seriously... at this point everyone thinks the guy is a laughingstock. Our NATO allies are currently confused as to how he is painting the Summit as a victory when all they did was agree to what was agreed to in 2014.
