Because there is nothing they have to exact revenge on the President and try to trap him in thing Stormy, like that was done to Clinton with Monica Lewinsky.

What a surprise.....

Man.....it must never have crossed their minds at Cohen's office
that something like this was possible. I'm sure they never thought
about getting rid of anything incriminating. Not in a million years......

People who work for very big profiles do not create and store such things in the first place, it eliminates the need to sanitize or be concerned about any long road ahead. It is my bet that all they collected is dust.
