I do not see the substance on the debate itself, I thought they shot themselves in both feet talking about raising social security age. So I think this is another youtube that scrolls off to the youtube graveyard.

Love this guy!! Would thoroughly enjoy seeing him on the lower half of the ticket with Trump as a potential VP!! Goodness, wouldn't that be something....

Vivek was obviously the most intelligent and well versed on the stage.
The fact he was the youngest was even that more impressive. He brought up a lot of things must people do not think about that definitely effect our quality of life in the USA.
I thought the candidates were not supposed to know the questions? Obviously someone said something because for the first time ever I recall seeing a TikTok ad and they rain multiple times here. All the candidates ripped on TikTok. That could not have been coincidence.
For the people said Haley won the debate or tied with Desantis shows how little the average person pays attention. Talking about punishing China by cutting off trade is utter insanity, we have like a 4-1 trade deficit
and with many items they are our only source. They provide a lot of raw materials used in manufacturing, I avoid them whenever possible paying more for higher quality, but with a lot of consumer items the quality of the steel, aluminum, etc does not matter. We could not flip that trade deficit overnight and doing it would be painful.
I liked a little bit of every candidate, Vivek has too many rough edges and to me comes across as a Mensa candidate that doesn't have the patience for people not close to his level. People like him don't bother me one bit, it is the stupid ones that get all bent when disagreed with that I find 100% annoying.
Tim Scott and his reciting of Bible verses is going to rub some people the wrong way, especially the way, Christians have become targets. I did think it was good he brought up manual laborers, farmers as a reason not to raise social security retirement age. Just because we are living longer doesn't mean a 65 year old roofer in 2023 feels anymore youthful than one did 50 years ago.

It was nice to see a debate void of over used simplistic buzz words. Think if you had 5 Democrats up there, if you took a shot of light beer every time you heard, MAGA, racist, white privilege, voter suppression, homophobia, Islamophobia, stolen land, oppression, etc,etc within 30 minutes everyone would be too wasted to walk.

What does how he or anyone else is currently polling have to do with who could potentially be chosen as the person to run on the lower end of the ticket as the potential VP candidate for either party? You are something else Mostie!!
