Next door neighbor recently got break thru covid. She feels fine now. Several weeks ago she had a big family gathering (some parked in my drive way, I was in Saratoga) where they celebrated her 90th birthday. It sure seems like she contacted it at her party.
I think this is the ideal situation. Get break thru covid and let your immune system get used to fighting the virus, but with the help of the vaccine. We all are going to meet the covid someday, if she met it before the jabs, I'm pretty sure the outcome would have been different.
With the flu vaccine, they tell you, if you do get the flu, the symptoms will be not as bad. They also say that it only lasts for six months. Somebody here suggested that they shouldn't call the covid vaccine a vaccine because it only lasts for about six months.

I'm due also. It was put off last year. I spent most of this year catching up on other doctors. That's the last thing left for me this year.

I actually agree with that sentiment. I don't think it should be called a vaccine either. It's a glorified annual flu shot that should be given every September that will provide greater protection during winter season.

If you use common sense in a thread where Mostie posts, will that cancel him out like a matter/antimatter thing?

Conclusions:
Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.

I read last evening that there is research that shows that when the average John/Jane Doe is in fear, they tend to turn to the govt for action and resolution. The Dems know this and are doing their best to foment fear across the board so that the public turns to them for answers. As they say, never let a good crisis go to waste.
