The claim and drop, either wants to win now or ugh. Declining speed figures along with drops in class, hands off.

I always look to bet against. Will never wager on, never. After hours of digging in Formulator I have anecdotally found that this type is usually over bet. Regardless if they win or lose. I found couple owner/trainer combo's that were proficient but again at the very least properly bet. And likely used by a wagering owner for exotics. In handicapping and wagering we should never say never, at least that is what is said. However, my thoughts keep me from ever second guessing myself. Frankly I look for this type to bet against.

Trainers wife was on the house feed. She said that when they claimed they had an agreement that they would run in first race that would fit him between 8-16k. She also said the horse got sick right after they got him.

The funny thing about this horse, it is the type that they run at this level again and it fails. Then they put in for what they claimed it for and it wins at good odds.

its horses like that that make you want to keep playing the game. that horse had ever marker of a horse who would not run well and was 8/5. The pace was also expected to be fast and from an inside post he was likely going to have to go.

I bet the 2 horse who ran a weak second with a perfect trip.
