Why Twinspires are you constantly changing things

They have a new page for their wagering options. I use express for pedigrees.
Today, I go to bet out on the 3 in the first at AQ and the page has me as having an expired or invalid key. Normally this happens if you sit to long without wagering, they kick you out, but today no excuses. While going through the whole signing out\in phase I get shut out. WTF. I see that they are hiring for programmers but just get a product that is consistent. Also, the buffering has gotten so bad that it is not uncommon to see the finish of the race on TVG before they even go in the gate on TS feed. I hope some one from TS reads this and they get their head out of their a**.
Any feedback from the forum?

Let me add on to the complaint side.

If I use Express with Chrome browser, the Results tab is misplaced and is 'unclickable'

They have no respect for Harness bettors
...No race stats button like they have for TBred
...No Carryover info for Harness

If I try to use Express Pro I get the' Need Adobe Air' routine, even though it's already installed.

Their rewards program is an embarrassment in the industry.

I can see why Yonkers kicked out TVG and went with eBet for their new ADW option.

Everything's working very well for me--I use firefox for my browser and only follow AQ & GP this time of year.

I see they've reformatted the "Wager Now" page, cleaned up the graphics and combined the "Express" & 'Pro" functions--must be some reason for that change. Maybe in the format change they've got a few bugs to tweak.

I've always found their tech support to be very helpful.

I ran into that the other day. I got shut out with 2 minutes to post. next thing I see is that they are off and running. i had to go out and come back in and while I watched my horse win at 4/1 and my exacta pay $32 I called customer service to tell them how pleased I was with their service.

Long story short, they are adding another layer of security, changes to their web page and they are changing the way they handle bets and in the mean time life sucks. (that is right....I was politely brushed away).

God in heaven....my kingdom for U-Bet.

I now know why I am not in charge. How can you buy out the top dog and end up on the bottom

I got shut out twice so I put my pants on and went home.

If you log into TS express using chrome do you get an account balance and will it let you wager?

Apparently it's a monitor size effect. If I enlarge to 110% Zoom the Results tab gets positioned correctly .

Thanks for this info.

My troubles come and seem to vanish then return at TS.

Customer Service or should I say Customer Slurvice? Real Spotty, they had some wonderful folk but they seem to be gone now.

As the season revs up I would be happy to find a better wagering home.

I thought the same thing and opened a NYRA rewards account. I don't like it. It functions okay but I wanted to cancel a bet the other day and as far as I can see there is no provision for canceling a bet. WTF?
