Re-Living Jimmy Carter era.......this sucks!

“We find no instance in which a central-[bank]induced disinflation occurred without a recession,” said the paper, co-authored by economists Stephen Cecchetti, Michael Feroli, Peter Hooper and Kermit Schoenholtz."

I still want to know how they figure these numbers, is there a list somewhere what they use for food prices?

Long answer no, short answer what you pay for something you like or use it will be 75 cents more next week. Hard to bump up stuff not selling this week that was hot with their register tapes.

I was curious as I swear it is hard to find anything in the store that isn't way up. Whatever they use to get their 9% grocery inflation isn't in my shopping cart. I have noticed Tabasco and Jalapeno peppers seem to not went up much. I know there are not any eggs in that 9% grocery cart, among many other items.

Well two doctors ago would say to me, just do not bring it into the house. In a way it is much easier to follow that advice.

Sticking with : Re-Living Jimmy Carter era.......this sucks!

The pressure is on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, I think Biden & Washington have much less ability to stop Israel from acting independently.
