Well said.
The "politically correct crowd" does it's best to distort the English language.
Nationalism and Patriotism used to be inter-changeable. As far as I'm concerned they still are.
I saw Macron on TV this morning.
Macron was using Patriotism to apply to France.
He was using Nationalism to refer to the European Union.
He distorted the original meaning of the word IMO.

My point was more about Trump embracing the ideology of nationalism...a great concept for us after years of a president trying to level us DOWN to worldwide equality...with suspicious intentions, IMO. Trump was never implying that America would embrace nationalism at the expense of all other countries of the world...that is not who we are and never will be, luckily for all those other countries, including disrespectful and UNGRATEFUL France!
In spite of what liberal, of course, French President Emmanuel Macron had to say this morning in Paris, nationalism is not a betrayal of patriotism...the guy is toast, apparently within his own country, as well.

I did not volunteer to serve in the military for over 20 years because I was extreme. I believe in Nationalism and in supporting that belief I believe we are strengthening the globe!!!!

I really need a Trump supporter to explain why Macron's comments about a militarily independent Europe is now a bad thing... and not what the President has been bitching about since 2015...?
Any takers?

Not true. Leave it to the top reporters at CNN to get the scoop on the scoops.

Jim Acosta: the Don Quixote of fake news
I have at times wondered whether Jim Acosta pays the president a retainer for making him such a recognizable figure

hey FanDan, do you feel there are standard rules of etiquette that must be held during white house press briefings?
and if there are, what do you do with those that choose to ignore and willfully disobey them?

If Acosta did this in a workplace he'd have been called in to HR instantly. You cannot put your hands on a woman, esp while the woman was trying to complete an order or directive from her upward chain.
Where's the outcry from women on this? The fact they are picking and choosing who they want to blame at any given time isn't a good look on their "movement".
