I officially don't care who wins on Tuesday
Just want to get that on the record.
If Republicans somehow keep the house, I'll laugh...a lot...
If Republicans lose the house, meh...it will be fun to watch the Dems get all up on their impeachments and whatnot...
And that's about it.

Trump wins in 2020 regardless. I watched a dem analyst the other day say that no current dem in govt could beat Trump. He was that strong right now. The only hope according to him was an outsider who could go toe-to-toe with Donald.

Any U.S. Senator,Congressional Rep.,Governor or for that matter any politician that has served more than seven years in elective office needs to be voted out on Tuesday.
We need to clean house on both sides. These pols are a disgrace. They are a total waste of space and need to be disinfected before living with the general population.

Not a hedge.
See, here's the dirty little secret.
There are people on here who are absolutely OBSESSED over politics. On both sides.
And these people think that I am like them. That I will be absolutely crushed if my party loses. **CRUSHED**
But no, I won't be. I wasn't crushed when Obama won...twice. And I wouldn't have been crushed if Hillary had won.
People fail to realize that despite all the junk they see on TV (which is designed to enrage, excite, enflame you so that you WATCH), life goes on no matter who wins. Nothing really ever changes. Economies will rise and fall no matter who is President.
Yeah, things MIGHT be a LITTLE BETTER or a LITTLE WORSE depending on who is in power and when, but for the most part, it just doesn't matter.
As for Tuesday, it will be fun no matter who comes out on top.

Unfortunately, things are going to change this time, regardless of who controls the House or the Senate....We've gone past the line of civility, to a point of no return....Just like this off-topic section.
Bottom-line, it's going to get bad, then it will get a lot worse....No one is holding back anymore, it will get downright ugly for a while: morally, ethically, socially, politically and economically.
Tough times ahead, no matter what...
Mark my words.

Not politics...political/economic philosophies .
Conservatives vs Liberals. They HATE each other.
There are few political junkies. Elysiantraveller being president of the class.

Any Democrat that will run against Trump will probably run on open borders. They're obsession with letting everyone in is their biggest mistake.
Trump is a near lock in 2020.
With that said, I'm not going to protest or riot if he loses. Life goes on.

I agree with that. Unless something major happens with the economy or such Trump will win easy in 2020. The dems, knowing they will loose, will let Sanders win the nomination.

Bernie? The only reason why he registered as a Democrat a few years ago was so he could run for president. The DNC owes him nothing, no matter how many bullshit claims are made that he was jobbed out of the nomination. If the Democrats are going to hand out a Dole/McCain lifetime achievement nomination, it should be Biden.Uncle Joe's been a loyal Democrat soldier for many decades.

i only really care about one race. That's the Michigan governor race. One candidate pro sports wagering the other against. Regardless the best thing I did this election was vote absentee. First time ever. Turning 60 is finally is a advantage.
