The original ruling was flawed mightily. The Constitution doesn't mention the right to privacy which is what they based it on. What he claims is their is no constitutional right to an abortion. Which is exactly correct! The states should decide the issue.

Personally, I don't want my tax money going to what I consider to be immoral and/or on-the-books illegal behavior, either. The SCOTUS is not nullifying or banning anything. It may only be turning the whole issue back to individual states to deal with, as per the Constitution. These screaming memes are nuts! Bottom line: the lefties pushed too far! Now, I'm TELLING THEM...tough bananas!

Ninth Amendment: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

fourteenth Amendment No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.


That and myriad court cases have absolutely established the right to privacy in all its aspects.

Apparently my edit failed.

I meant to add that even a casual reading of AB 2223 disproves LifeNews interpretation. LN takes a single word Perinatal, which occurs only once in the legislation and uses it to paint a completely false narrative.

4 justices agree with me. And that’s just on this Court. Seven Justices in Roe v Wade also agree as do five in Casey v Planned Parenthood. In fact, this may be the only Court in the history of this nation that would have made this ruling.
