Facts and your posts are like oil and water.
The recent high for a State of the Union is President Bush's address in 2003, which got 62 million viewers. The most recent speech lower than this year's was President Clinton's final address, in 2000, drew 31.5 million viewers.

"How Low Will he Go the next Time He Goes Low?"
More reality. Just a few days ago I posted Obama at 45% on the RealClearPolitics compilation of polls. This morning he is at 46%. (Below the graph starts Sept of 2013.)
Since Ralph stated this thread Obama has NOT GONE DOWN at all. Just the opposite. Here is the reality, not the conservatives' drooling dream. Oh yeah, any one still think Ralph's' prediction is accurate about Bush?
Quote:
As I predicted Obama's support is collapsing even in the hallowed circles of journalism and left wing cocktail parties. He is rivaling Bush in approval numbers and I stand by my prediction that he will be below Bush by the time he leaves office.

Any time posts are made trumpeting the moving of support from 45% to 46%, you know things are desperate for supporters. Hell, that's well within the polls margin of error. Additionally, not sure why Cappy feels the need to point out the faultiness of Ralph's prediction two years before the accuracy of the prediction will be known. That's just foolish.

If you look at the graph it is clear there is a long term trend just the opposite of the "premise" of this so-called collapsing bullshit thread.
Is there a margin of error going from 40% to 46%?
NO,THE PROBLEM IS CONSERVATIVES on PA OT just don't like facing this reality.

hcap is under the impression that that graph means something.
It does, but it has nothing to do with Obama.
The country spoke in November - they soundly rejected all of his policies.
I think the colors baffle him.

The graph shows that 46% approve of Obama. But the RCP poll on the direction of the country shows 59% believe the country is on the wrong track. So what the graph means is that there are a lot of low information voters in this country that don't understand cause and effect.

The essence of the current generation in a nutshell. They are driven by pop culture. An endless March toward what they think is cool as opposed to what is real. It's The Kardashian generation.

There are others on the left and middle that don't buy what you and the other cons are selling.
This thread is bankrupt.
