Eclipse Awards Tonight

Paulick calls them...and he says the right things about most of his choices...and I agree with almost all...my exceptions would be trainer...despite drug positives, Paulick beleive Asmussen will get it...IMO, Dutrow should get it and I wish Baffert had been nominated...his BC day was outstanding and to train Midnight Lute up to his back to back wins...is awesome.
He's right about the filly division...we all wish Eight Belles could get the award, but Proud Spell deserves it. What they should do is present Eight Belles and her connections with some special award...but that won't happen.
I am still up in the air about Horse of the Year...as stated by Paulick, Curlin will most probably get it....but if my vote counted, sorry guys....it'd be for Zenyatta.
I am going to watch the show (TVG) and look foward to some great video clips and thank you speeches...should be a fun  watch.

The TVG bashers and haters will be out in full force tomorrow.
Batten down the hatches, Schrupp and Carrothers !!

Probably so....but it's the only game in town...as long as it's televised, I don't care who has it

Ken's exchanges with the late Merv Griffin were hilarious at previous Eclipse Awards shows. Frank will probably be sitting at the IEAH table, telling stories he can't repeat on TV!

Frank was scheduled to be on Los Al last Saturday Night. Thursday, Todd was joking there was NO WAY Frank would ever make it there; Friday afternoon, Mike Joyce did a faux "TVG News Update", announcing that Frank would NOT be appearing on 'The Quarters'. Too Bad, he could really loosen up there!

We have Dish Network, and I don't think we pay extra for TVG or HRTV...I was thrilled when I found out we get those 2 channels because we never did before we got Dish Network...
anyway...the show is at this moment recording...I'll watch it tomorrow and will give ya the high's & low's...unless someone beats me to it.
I don't dare come here again now until after I watch the show...don't want to know the winners or anything before I see the show.
