He is doing whatever he can to get the people who agree with him to get to the pools so he can keep his majority so he can implement his policies, I have to give him credit for that, Obama and Bush sat on their asses during midterms and did nothing to help their party. Does he lie? Of he does just as every politician does, I still don't know why people hold politicians in high regard or expect so much from them, most of them are lawyers, which in my eyes is not a noble profession. They say the tone comes from the top and that we look to our political leaders for consolement, strength and something to look up to. I would never tell my kids to look up to any politician or look to them for anything, they screw up everything they touch, I thought Trump might be different because he wasn't one of them. I like some of his policies, mostly financial but he keeps getting in his own way with some of the things he says, I think he could have converted some people if it wasn't for some of the things his says. He would have kept his base anyway.
