Justice Ginsburg takes a fall. Seriously injured. Hope she makes a full recovery.

What is much worse than a couple of broken ribs is when you can't even remember the Constitution, specifically the 14th amendment. Her mind is going, which is scarier than a minor accident. She will get over this, bones heal, but once the mind starts to go, there generally isn't anything anyone can do to help. It isn't fun getting old.

Very true.
There is daily evidence of this around here.

I had a cracked rib once - very small.
I was in agony every time I moved.

I was driving to Philadelphia for a seminar with Michael Pizzola and Dick Schmidt the next day and it was the longest drive I ever made. Every time I hit the brakes, it was like getting stabbed in the side. Seat belt right over it.Then, walking around Pha Park, getting bumped by the crowd.....arrrrrgh!

A pro would have posted a meme.
No meme, you are not trying.

At her age, a fall is no minor thing. She's going to be in a lot of pain for a while. And she should pray that she doens't catch a cold and develop a cough.

She's in mine, and I'm sure our Sunday school class will include her as well.

Sure. I even pray for my enemies and the enemies of Christ. And I certainly don't consider her my personal enemy.

I agree completely. I'm shocked he didn't ask me if I'd be willing to donate some of my own ribs to facilitate her recovery.

On Halloween, 2015, my father fell and broke his hip. Since then he has resided in his house for about 3 months. Otherwise he has been in various nursing homes and the hospital. For the elderly, a fall that breaks bones very serious. Hope she is able to fully recover.

If there were a video available I might pay a buck to watch her drop.
