Hi Everyone!

Next weekend is the final event of the 2018 National Steeplechase Association year, the Steeplechase of Charleston: https://steeplechaseofcharleston.com/ just outside Charleston, SC.

I shall be there to call the races but if any PA guys in the area want to get together on Saturday evening (races are on sunday) or meet up at the track to say "Hi," please get in touch!

I was at the far hills races a couple weeks back. Great time esp being able to wager and all the casual money in the pool. Not sure if you can wager down there, but the steeplechase folks are great people.

there used to be plenty of bookmakers taking action in those places for years that made their own lines. i don't think that South Carolina ever will allow pari-mutuel wagering so there still might be guys taking the action there.

We pretty much "passed the hat" in our large group.

I actually made more that day than I usually do.
