That is because Joe Biden is a bumbling idiot who will complete the job and destroy his party if he won the nomination. The only way he could beat Bernie Sanders is if he and the DNC pulled the same tricks Hillary and the DNC did. It is said the delegates system has been changed to prevent it from happening again but it makes me think that they always have a insurance policy, not that they always work for them.

That's ok, making excuses for 2016 bode well for the GOP in 2020.
Dems never learn.
Only two that I know of ever learned anything - Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump, both former dems, turned to the right and found the presidency!
