There are some second and third generation families that have learned how to game the system and live quite well considering they do not earn much money. These occur in almost all races and is not a lie.

I grew up in the South Bronx and I knew & know many young women that had babies for the sole purpose of getting on welfare.

Houston is full of them and they admit it. I have employees who do it.
It's mostly a black phenomena as far as I can tell...... 69% of black children being born without a father in the home speaks volumes.

I heard a bold statement a few months back regarding black men.
"Black men are the most coddled demographic in our society"
It's sort of alarming the first time you hear it, but the speaker went on to ask what other demographic tolerates the level of homicides black men lay on each other? What other demographic tolerates the fatherless households? The unemployment rate?
All the sudden the statement makes alot of sense.
