My guess is that Sessions resigns and Graham becomes AG, and Haley is appointed to the Senate to replace Graham's seat.

Graham said yesterday he has no interest in a Administration role...
Plus he certainly doesn't subscribe to the Trump view of foreign policy.

I think she would wait until 2028.Let's assume Trump runs in 2020 and wins.IF Pence wants the job in 2024, he'd be the front runner for the nomination..But it's difficult for the same party to win 3 times in a row. That sets her up for 2028;she'll only be 56 that year. She has a lot of appeal but she also has to be kept in the public eye.The next SC governor election is this
year, so obviously that's out.I doubt that Lindsay Graham or Tim Scott will retire and the House of Representatives would be seen as a step backward for her political future.

It is reported that she said she wanted a break...but really if things heat up with Israel, Iran, and the US, who would want her current job...you would just be more of a target for global animosity...besides, it can’t be that great working alongside Bolton, with his “my way or the highway” approach.

It wouldn't shock me if the GOP decides to toss up a relative somebody to Primary Trump if for no other reason to begin priming his base. Not in the sense they could beat Trump or even want them to but just to get the locomotive working.
Nikki Haley is not the person for that.

Preferably not John "Bombs Away" Bolton but in sure he's on the short list.
Hudson, Huntsman, Rubio would be good choices.

I don't GAF where she goes. The majority of her support in S.Carolina, she stabbed in the back when she burned their confederate flag. Her celebration speech and fist pumping that followed only added insult to injury. She sold her political soul to the devil, and there's a huge number of voters in the south that won't forget so easy. Her political and moral priorities were made so perfectly clear.
