So none still... okay let me know if you find some... didn't the Governor of Florida and the leading candidate in this race dispatch State Investigators to find this fraud?
Historically and even this cycle I just see a lot of incompetency in the incompetency. If Broward had stopped to actually look at the ballots in those two precincts we might not even be having this discussion. Nelson would be the winner.
As it stands their incompetency is probably gonna cost them his Senate seat... not help him.

nothing in Florida makes any sense to me.
i wouldn't be happy no matter who they eventually make the winner.
the only fair thing to do is not use either election result and have florida live without a governor and a senator.
this thing happened 18 years ago. there were 2 republican presidents and one democrat that did nothing about this fiasco in Palm Beach and Broward. same thing with the governor's down there. they all did nothing to correct this.

Let's cut though the BS.
In order to be a vaild election, three things must be known at all times.
1. How many votes were cast
2. How many have been counted
3. Where are the rest.
If any of these cannot be verified at any time, the entire election for that precinct should be voided.
Before the first vote is counted, the total number cast and the exact location of them all must be known and certified.
I would add the actual counting always b done by a third party.
Floriduh is an embarrassment to the nation.
Throw out the whole election and revote.
This stuff is not rocket science.
ONLY if you are democrat.

Please explain to me how that is fair? After all, ET and other naive folks have persisted in explaining away the current fiasco by attributing it to [mere] (my adjective) incompetency by election officials in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. So... why should the entire State of Florida, that consists of 67 counties, be disenfranchised for the sins of incompetency of only 2 counties? Would it not be infinitely more just to nullify the results of only the two incompetent counties? Your "fair" solution is nothing short of tossing out the baby with the dirty wash water.
