The best thing to do if you want a sample or old copy is email Jim or Dennis at Progressive Handicapping directly, both great guys.

Ok then I won't advertise that I am PM people something. Sorry.

I'm not sure what your issue is but you are pushing it.

This is why I never post anything in here because I a) get ignored or b) get pretty much what I call "bullying".

Rather than just read what you are told and accepting it quietly, or even saying "you know, you're right, sharing someone's work for free behind the scenes isn't cool", you just have to make a snide comment. You just can't seem to let it go that you were warned about sharing links to stuff that isn't supposed to be given away. Your apologies after your return ring hollow in that light.

Clear enough?

Years ago, first starting out in the sport, I bought it a few times. I believe they had one for the Derby too. It gave background on trends from before I started following the sport. Also, it was a good mental exercise to think about handicapping factors that I did not use, and to get a complete picture of each horse's profile. I haven't bought it in over 10 years, but it is worth looking at at least once, to get an idea of how he thinks about the races.

Jim Mazur used to be a guest occasionally at the Siro's seminars at Saratoga. I had to laugh once when Harvey Pack introduced him with the statement, "He still thinks Mack Miller is the leading trainer at Saratoga", poking a little fun at Mazur's historical approach to handicapping.

Passing around copyrighted/commercial stuff via PM is a bannable offense.

You just never learn, do you?

I get Mazur's Saratoga Handicapper every year and it's my main handicapping tool for the meet. Highly recommend.

I got them for years. Then, I decided every other year would be ok as patterns were revealed easily. They're very good!! These days, I keep if far more simple. Less is more.
