They're sworn testimony that indeed can be evidence should a case be made and carried out.
Not sure what law school attended, but it was a waste of time and money.

Cornell law might disagree with you:

"Affidavits are commonly used to present evidence in court."

Sworn Affidavits are what start the whole court process going.

Exactly right. When a police officer files formal charges (mostly felonies) he writes an affidavit that is clerked/certified by a court clerk. Etc.

That affidavit gets the ball rolling.

Talk about a crooked Judge. Stacey Abrams sister takes the cake.

https://therightscoop.com/federal-ju...ers-who-moved/

A federal judge, who also happens to be the sister of Stacey Abrams, has blocked two counties from purging voters from their rolls even though these voters have moved out of their respective counties:

POLITICO – A federal judge in Georgia on Monday ordered two counties to reverse a decision removing more than 4,000 voters from the rolls ahead of the Jan. 5 runoff elections that will decide control of the U.S. Senate.

The judge, Leslie Abrams Gardnerthe sister of former gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, a prominent ally of President-elect Joe Biden who has led voter registration efforts across the state — concluded that the counties appeared to have improperly relied on unverified change-of-address data to invalidate registrations in the two counties.

Georgia State Senate is about to compel forensic analysis of the physical ballots.

Prediction:

If this happens, the shit will hit the fan.

Voter Fraud

Been so much GOP complaining about voter fraud I think we should look into this.

https://www.dcreport.org/2020/12/19/...s-dont-add-up/

"Trump’s team claims Dominion was the machine vendor embedding algorithms to “flip” votes but is Trump pointing to one machine vendor to distract from another?

In Kentucky, when looking at counties where the numbers leap out on behalf of Mitch McConnell, none used Dominion machines. Most used machines from Election Systems & Software (ES&S), a Dominion competitor. If you swap ES&S for Dominion in the alleged vote-flipping scheme, you may arrive at an alternate explanation for why Amy McGrath’s numbers weren’t lining up and correlating with Biden’s.

To steal an election it may make sense to use different algorithms for each race on the ballot so results did not appear to be uniform. Knowing the McGrath-McConnell race faced more nationwide scrutiny, schemers might have had to miscount votes by different margins in the presidential and Senate races. Flipping more votes from Biden to Trump than McGrath votes to McConnell would explain her getting approximately 20% more votes than the Democratic presidential candidate.

Significantly, Trump and his post-election legal team have pointed at Dominion voting machines and implored courts to look into this automated vote-flipping premise—but only in states that he lost. So, let’s test it in ES&S states like Kentucky where Trump won."

Pennsylvania’s lieutenant governor wants his money.

Lt. Gov. John Fetterman has been taking to Twitter over the last few weeks, asking his counterpart in Texas to pay up.

It all stems from Lone Star State’s Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick offering up to $1 million last month for evidence of fraud in the Nov. 3 election, the Houston Chronicle is reporting.

Now Fetterman, a Democrat, points out there were just three instances of voter fraud in Pennsylvania.

Fetterman said a total of three people who cast votes for President Donald Trump have been charged in separate voter-fraud cases in Pennsylvania, which he says should all count toward the money Patrick offered."

RE: Purging voter rolls of the moved, non-voters and deceased.

A couple of years ago I was heavily involved with two referendums in our county. We have about 110,000 voters on the voter data base in our county. Over 15,000 of them have moved, haven't voted in years or have died.

When we looked into the rules for Tennessee to purge those voters the rules for removing people are very convoluted and take years to get someone of of the voter rolls.

First a person must NOT have voted for 4 years. Then the local election commission has to do two mailers to them, spanning a year. If no response or contact, then they put them on the list to be removed.

Of the 15,000 the local election commission only removed about 1,100 that year.

This is one big reason why the voter rolls are inflated.
